REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

We, at Brown Dog Treasures stand behind everything we sell. We are so confident that you are going to love our products, that if they fail to meet your expectations in any way and you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the steps listed below to obtain a refund of your original purchase price:

• Return your merchandise within 30 days. Your returned items MUST be in the original undamaged packaging with all the tags (especially the licensed sports products).
• For your protection, we suggest that you send your return via USPS 1st class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance. We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping to us.
• If you recieve the wrong size or item call our toll free number immediately. If we have made a mistake we will reship the correct item and arrange for the return at no cost to you.

Please Note

We can not honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise sent back to us AFTER 30 days of receipt, or for items that have been USED or is not in its original, undamaged packaging.

Holiday clothing items and Halloween costumes are eligible for size exchange or ONLY. If your dog's correct size is not available, we will then issue a store credit. Toys or personalized items may NOT be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

We realize that it can be challenging to fit your dog properly. Please call our toll free number 1-866-390-3469 if you feel you need assistance with sizing. Check our size charts carefully, as different manufacturers size the clothing quite differently!

You must pay a new shipping fee of $2.10 on your exchange. We will give you the opportunity to pay your reship fees before sending out your item.

Once again if your received the wrong size or item due to our error please call us immediately and we will arrange for you to receive what you ordered quickly at no cost to you!
